MISSION STATEMENT
We, the citizens of Big Horn County , celebrating and honoring our past, while promoting our future, recognizing and celebrating our diversity; connect the changing face of Big Horn County with our common heritage.
GOALS
We will utilize resources to convey traditional values to make the Centennial relevant to this and each succeeding generation of residents and visitors, in honor of the 100 th anniversary of Big Horn County . By the County's 100 th birthday, January 13, 2013, the Centennial celebration will document significant resources to promote interest in and protect the County's natural, cultural and historic resources.
COUNTY-WIDE PARTICIPATION
To meet this challenge, we are asking citizens and other agencies, as stakeholders in the Centennial celebration, for their input to define a vision of stewardship for preserving historical accounts, which have significantly shaped our destiny.
